I ♥ Faces – Week 28: Feet

We have a small reflexology foot path down from where we live. I don’t go there often, but I reckon that it’s mostly the senior citizens who make full use of this foot path. I’d tried to walk barefoot on this, but had found it painful even only after a few steps.

But Zoë… she runs up and down this foot path with no problem. Hmmph, maybe being tens of kilos lighter helps.

that's cool, a reflexology footpath? Looks like Zoe is enjoying the feel.

I like how you've created focus on the feet by blurring the top of the photo... and I love that she's holding those leaves - it adds such an interesting dimension. Very cute.

Great shot! I remember being a kid and being able to run barefoot on anything! I don't think I could still do that nowadays!

Are you serious?! She can walk those things??? I lived in HK for a year and a half before I could walk a few feet on one of those!!

I saw you over on TM's blog.

I love everything about this image - the different textures, the color pop on her shorts that's echoed in the leaves and the bushes (!) in the background, the composition, the candidness, and especially her sweet little feet. nicely captured!!

Kids have different feelings than we do.. they find joy in tactile sensations we don't.. great shot.

I tried one of those paths when we were in Guangzhou. Umm... yeah... I think one needs to work up to it.

What lovely color and texture in this picture! I cringe thinking of walking there, but it is very photogenic.
