We thought we’d go to Lynn Canyon today and get the kids to walk across the suspension bridge.
As with most new experiences, ZoĆ« got into it enthusiastically. She wanted to lead the pack and would call out, “Guys, follow me!” When we’d come to a fork, she would stop and say, “Hmm, which way? Meeny-meeny, my-mo… this way!” and off she would go.
She was confidently leading us along until a squirrel scampered across her path. She quickly came running back to us, scared out of her wits!
Then she asked to be carried.

Oh my goodness! The expression on her face is priceless!! At least she was confident enough to lead for awhile. Darn squirrel!!!
Ha! :) That is so funny.
That first picture with her foot up is to die for. And the last one is pretty cute too. Squirrels, very very scary things...

I'm still laughing at that, how about that expression!
Don't blame her one bit - squirrels are like mini versions of rats.
