I'm going to say that I like the third one. The closeup and the soft edges makes the picture one that is intriguing. He is an adorable little guy.

I like the composition of the 1st photo, but I would brighten it to bring out the colours and his eyes. I think the 2nd photo would be awesome in black and white. I have so much fun doing this with my kids photos.
