2004. That’s when I last was at a dive resort. This was where we went. The Sipadan-Mabul Resort in Sabah (Malaysia). Sipadan is famous among divers and is a must-go for those seeking world-class diving and rare diving experiences, e.g. swimming with large schools of barracuda, hammerhead sharks, green turtles, etc.
*I just want to add that beautiful as this place is, it is great only if you are really into diving and snorkeling. There really is not much else to do. At least, not when we were there five years ago.
