Eensy-Weensy Spider

On a hike to Lamma Island

with Chris and a visiting colleague from France,

we came across this little friend,

hard at work spinning her web

Paying no heed to the blowing wind

or the hot afternoon sun

or the intrusive lenses

of the cameras

of out-of-shape hikers*.

(*That would be me. Sad to say.)

How big was the spider?? You have a good camera to magnify it so well. That sure is heck a creepy looking spider!

Oh, ick! I don't like spiders and this one looks really big and icky. Great photo though but I can't bring myself to look at it...

Oh, I also gave you a blog award on my blog. It's nothing big but just my way of saying that I'm quite amused with your blog and your writing. Plus, your kids are really too cute :)

AAaaaaak! Arachnophobias beware. Heeehehehe! That is an amazing shot of the little creature. They spin such beautifully delicate webs!

You have a very blessed day sweetie!!!

Anything with that many legs, that are longer than his body, can out-run me.....especially as I lay on the ground gasping for breath and clutching my heart.

Good grief! I'm going to need therapy now. Very nice photo of something completely terrifying. Ghack!
