I have a pile of these “art” that I need to organize and put away. But first, I have to scan or take a photo of each one of them and feature some of the nicer ones on
Mini Masterpieces –a blog that I started to keep track of and document Josh’s and ZoĆ«'s creative endeavors.
Part of the enjoyment of being a parent, for me, is seeing the pride on their little faces when I ask them, “Who made this beautiful piece of work?”

The art projects our kids make are priceless, this one is right at the top....so cute!
So fun we just had a party and have some left over cups. We may have to try this for some summer fun!
Ah! Very very sweet! Someone's an artist!
It's beautiful. Don't ya love their creativity? I'd frame that one. Thanks for dropping by!

That is so cute!
Hi Buckeroomama! Have I mentioned before that artistic talent runs deep in your family?
Happy Wednesday!
Those are great! How did you make the pollen part?
what a wonderful piece of work
How cute! I started taking pictures of my kids' art work too. I have a friend that makes a photo book for each school year. Isn't that a great idea?
What a cute activity! Thanks for sharing it.
That's beautiful! What is in the center of the flower? It looks like cereal.
That's a really beautiful flower. Very creative way of making it.
you're such an organised mummy! josh's art is wicked. :)

That's very cute! I think I remember making something like that myself as a child. :)
What a great project! I love that it is 3-D.
So, so sweet!
I love this project! looking at trying this one with the little people at home today:)
That's so cute! And, I love the idea of scanning and photographing the art so as to document their masterpieces!
I almost said that I can't wait until Nya starts making little art pieces, but, I realize that, yes, I can wait. lol.

I started doing that when my oldest was in kindergarten and then stopped. I need to get it all organized though as he's going in to high school next year, my middle son is going to junior high and the little one will be starting preschool!
How cute!!
How creative of them!
aww. you're such a good mommy.
What a great idea to scan them & track them on a blog. They will treasure that forever.
Well that came out great. Good idea documenting the creations.
It is a beautiful picture. I need to start scanning the kids' artwork too.
That's gorgeous, I still have all the art my kids made when they were young.
Good idea to keep them on a blog. Really neat idea.
Now THAT is super cute. I'm going to borrow your crafty idea ;)

@Tyne / @Chocolate Covered Daydreams: The center of the flower was yellow crepe paper.
oh looks like a great craft for today!
That is a great idea for keeping track of their art. My daughter is older and there were no blogs so all of her best work is just stored in a box.
that is beautiful! Awesome.
Beautiful picture! I just love art by little kids. They're so creative and not at all self-conscious.
I hang my kids artwork in our playroom art gallery. Whenever they bring something to me, and I tell them we'll hang it in the art gallery, they beam with pride.
What a colorful craft! I love that we can save digital images of our kids art. It takes up so much less space!
What a lovely work of art!! (I do the same thing...scan or photograph their stuff. Then...ahem...I chunk most of it. With four kids, there's just no way to keep all that stuff. Makes me feel like a better mommy when I save it all on the computer...)
Its true, we can never do enough to encourage creativity in our children.
it's beautiful!!!!
What a great idea!! I need to try scanning some of my kid's stuff so that treasures like this one don't get broken and lost. Thanks for sharing!!! I love this.
That's really gorgeous! I want to scan all my kid's stuff, but never seem to get around to it. :(
