They just got a new puppy the day before and both Josh and Zoe were fascinated with Duke, although ZoĆ« just liked to look from afar and would run to me whenever the puppy barked or if it appeared to follow her. She was still a bit traumatized by Chris’ cousin’s big Golden Retriever coming over and sniffing her a few nights ago.
We had a barbecue in their backyard. The grown-ups chatted and had ginger beer (yum!). The kiddies ran around and played. The little dog was being its cute little frisky self. We finished off cream puffs and ice cream. All in a glorious summer afternoon with warm sunshine and fresh, cool breeze.

That sounds like a really nice way to spend the afternoon. I just love pictures of fruits and vegetables and yours are fantastic! Those peas!! So bright and green. The kids are, as usual, so cute. I love how tiny they look in those fold out chairs. :o)

All I know is that your kids are so flipping cute it is ridiculous! : )
