Scavenger Hunt Sunday | Lawn & Garden

Happy Easter, everyone!

1.  Lawn and Garden – This amaryllis was growing in my friend’s garden.  Isn’t it gorgeous?

2.  Playtime – We had a get-together at my friend’s house on Thursday for an afternoon of fun --decorating Easter eggs, followed by an egg hunt (using plastic eggs), then ice lollies for the kids and afternoon tea for the grown-ups.

3.  Guess What This Is – This was not a shot I meant to take , but I really like how it turned out somehow.  Could you tell where or what this is?
Guess
{I took this shot at the new aquarium at Ocean Park.
I was hoping catch a shark or a ray swim by, but I got this diver instead.}

4.  Reflection – I love the reflection of the sky and the trees on Josh’s shades.

5.  What’s Inside – Zoë's favorite Disney princess is Cinderella, so KungKung and PoPo got her a Cinderella doll for her birthday.  It’s one of the dolls that she had encircled on the Toys R Us leaflet that we got in the mail.  Out of the many, many things on that leaflet, she circled only the Disney princess dolls. {Sometimes just to keep her busy while I do my stuff, I’d give her junk mail and a pen and tell her to put a circle around the things that she likes.}

These are great! Is the 3rd pic in an aquarium? Either way super great shots - the reflection one's perspective is great.

Your playtime and what's inside are definitely my favorite captures. I felt like a dozen eggs went fast in my house. The girls kept wanting more! Also, I can relate to the Disney princess Barbie's. Lorelei's current want is Rapunzel.

Wow, beautiful shots. I especially like the one of the reflections on Josh's sunglasses and the amaryllis. I'm afraid of introducing the princesses to my already girly-ballerina-fairy-princess girl. *sigh*

Taken at Ocean Park? I can see the divers flipper and can tell it's shooting at an aquarium. Looks like everyone did a great job with the dyed eggs too.

Love the diver shot! Though it also gives me the shivers, imagining being so close to sharks!

Your pictures are always so lovely - and always especially the ones with your children! :)

Hope you have a blessed Easter!

I'm guessing that mystery photo was taken at the aquarium. =) Terrific shots, Miss B! Those eggs are quite colorful. Love the designs you drew on them. I hope you and your family have a Happy Easter Sunday!

As always, the color is stunning! The aquarium shot is cool and, course, the reflection of the sky with lil'man's face upturned is awesome.

I love the aquarium shot - I always love how an accidental shot turns out to be one of my favorite :)

I love your reflection picture!! Awesome!

The Ocean Park shot was not difficult to guess for me, as we must have been at the exact same spot (long before I picked up photography). Guess all girls love Disney Princesses, and that is how Disney continue to reel in the big bucks from us parents year in and year out ;-P
