Making Roti Telur

I’ll have to say that I never truly appreciated roti (South Asian bread) as much as when Chris’ cousin took us to this place for breakfast one morning.  I don’t know if it’s the roti itself or if it’s the curry dips that came with the roti, –probably both, –but I know that if I live there, I wouldn’t mind making a regular stop at that shop.

Making-Tesur
Josh got to try his hand at making roti telur (roti with egg).  The people there were nice enough to let him go behind the counter and actually try to flip the bread.

Never heard of that bread - what does it remind of in taste and so on?

(yeah, I get that it probably is hard to describe... Haha!)
