Buttered Drumsticks

What we had for dinner last night.

All ready for roasting in the oven.

Butter with minced garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, paprika ~

generously rubbed over the drumsticks and under the skin.

On a bed of frozen potato wedges.

A few sprigs of rosemary for the fragrance.

 

The skin came out crispy and the chicken juicy.  I’ll definitely be making this again, but will experiment some more with the flavored butter rub and try out different spices.
