The Creativity Project | Breakfast

I am not a big breakfast person.  Usually a glass of milk or a cup of tea does it for me or at most a bowl of cereal. Sometimes I plan ahead and make some overnight refrigerator oats. For this month’s theme, I decided to be a little bit more creative with my breakfast fare.  To my usual cereal of blueberry bran flakes with chia seeds and hemp seeds, I decided to add some raspberries that I have been planning to use to make breakfast muffins with. For good measure, I also threw in a tablespoon of kefir grains, because my grains are multiplying like crazy and I don’t feel like throwing them away.

You will hardly ever see me have bread –any bread, –with my breakfast. I am just not a bread person.  Even with bread (and pretzels) as pretty as these ones here, which were available at a buffet we had one time at a hotel.

What do you normally have for breakfast?

Please head on over and visit with Stephanie (her blog) to check out her Breakfast images and then follow on through to the next one in our circle.  Once you are done visiting our circle, please check out our Facebook pageFacebook page and share your own Breakfast photos. We'd love to be inspired by your Breakfast pics!

I try to have something different every day for breakfast - keeps it interesting! Usually a coconut yogurt or oatmeal or some cereal. Smoothies are always a good option!

I think berries are always a good idea. They are so beautifully appetizing!

Dear, asking for my breakfast I eat most of the time early on the day cereals with milk or yoghurt... Sometimes we eat a Bavarian speciality called Weißwurst (sorry I didn'nt have the english word for this).

Cheers, Heidrun

Oooh I have to say I am living it up and my Mum has been making me a hot breakfast of some type every day from eggs on toast to mince on toast. Lately I have been having eggs for breakfast at home, omelet and such. I am not a huge breakfast cereal fan and also don't eat heaps of bread. Your berries look fresh and tasty.

I am a breakfast person, still my routine is pretty basic: sugar free/fat free vanilla latte and small bowl of (dry) bran cereal. I wish I were blasé about bread, but try as I might, it always manages to find its way back into my diet - I do strive to keep it whole grain and as low sugar (on those muffin occasions) as possible.

I'm not a breakfast person - in that I don't particularly enjoy cereal. Though muslie is ok. I should take more time to have a proper breakfast.

That looks really nutritious! I love bread, but it really doesn't do me many favors as I get older.
